Meet the Harper Ortho Staff
Alexandra “Lexie” Harper, RDA, Financial Coordinator
Lexie is a Certified Dental Assistant and our Financial/Treatment Coordinator. She has been with our practice since 2008. Lexie enjoys working side by side with our patients. She gets satisfaction from seeing our patients grow into confident individuals as orthodontics takes effect. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with their 2 sons, Cade and Emerson.
Nicole “Nicki” Banchero, RDA
Nicki is a Registered Dental Assistant who has been with the practice since 2003. She likes working in a fun and friendly atmosphere and interacting with patients. She also enjoys seeing the great outcome of our patients’ awesome smiles. When she is not at the office, she loves to spend time with family and friends.
Melissa Culpepper, RDA
Melissa is a registered dental assistant and has been in the dental field for 16 years. She has been part of the Harper Orthodontics team since 2016. Melissa enjoys interating with our patients and seeing orthodontic progress throughout treatment. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her son, Aiden, their dogs, and her extended family.
Traci Dean, Financial and Treatment Coordinator
Traci is our financial coordinator and has been at our office since 2012 but in the dental field for 24 years. Working with Dr. Harper and his team has been the best experience in her time working in orthodontics. She enjoys the challenge offered with billing and collections as well as working side by side with parents to maximize their orthodontic benefits. Away from the office Traci loves motorcycle riding and adventurous hikes with her husband.
